Forest County Potawatomi is a federally recognized First Nations Indigenous Indian tribe of Wisconsin.


Chief Simon Onaguisse is the last known hereditary chief in this area. Wisconsin has acknowledged that the family of Chief Simon are the long inhabitants of the land.
